What are dotCOM host name servers?
Solution
Here are our name servers:
ns10.no1dns.net
ns20.no1dns.net
ns30.no1dns.net
To setup your domain(s) properly in DNS, there are two easy steps to follow to ensure it is setup properly.
1) Open a ticket at
http://my.dotcomhost.com/support
requesting to have your domain added to DNS. Be sure to include your domain name(s) and any special instructions (ie, domain aliases, subdomains, MX pointers, etc).
2) In order to set up your web site on our servers, please visit your domain registrar (ex: GoDaddy, Network Solutions, Verisign, Enom, etc.) and change the Name Servers to:
ns10.no1dns.net
ns20.no1dns.net
ns30.no1dns.net
This process can take up to 72 hours to replicate (depending on your domain registrar and/or current hosting company), so please do not expect immediate changes. It will take time for the domain name to resolve to our servers.
